India Ranks No. 41

The Economic Times  reported today that India ranks No. 41 in industrial competitiveness.  The newspaper was pleased to report that India is doing better than Pakistan (55), Bangladesh (67), and Sri Lanka (75). If I were Indian, that's surely how I would want to look at the numbers--the glass is, perhaps not half, but part of the way full.  Congratulations to all those who made this superior performance possible!
